Social Media Intern

About the role

Mendly Labs is looking for a creative, dependable Social Media Intern to grow our presence across Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook. You'll help shape how Mendly shows up online — planning content, posting consistently, and building a real, engaged audience.

If you live on social platforms and understand what makes people stop scrolling, this is your chance to do it professionally, with mentorship and real ownership.

What you'll do

• Manage our social handles across Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Plan and schedule a consistent content calendar tailored to each platform
• Create engaging posts — captions, basic graphics, and copy that fit our brand voice
• Grow and engage the audience: respond to comments and DMs, build community, and drive reach
• Track performance — monitor engagement and growth, then iterate on what works

What we're looking for

• A strong sense for what performs on each platform (and how they differ)
• Clear, on-brand writing and a good visual eye
• Reliability and consistency — social rewards showing up every day
• Self-driven and organized

Nice to have

• Experience running social accounts (personal projects count)
• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar)
• Familiarity with scheduling/analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.)
