Heavy simultaneous demand across stalls, stage, LED and cooling, with three-phase distribution over a large footprint.
What actually goes wrong
One stall trips the whole run
A single exhibitor plugging in something heavy takes out their neighbours. Balance loads across phases and give heavy stalls their own feed.
AV and sound picking up noise
Audio and video gear is sensitive to voltage dips and dirty supply, particularly when a large motor cycles on the same feed. Keep AV on a separate, clean run where it matters.
No plan for setup and teardown
Exhibitors need power hours before doors open and after they close. Build those windows into the hire rather than discovering them on the day.

Can you distribute power across an exhibition floor?
Yes — that's what distribution kit is for, and it's usually the harder half of the job. Tell us the floor plan and stall count and we'll work out the runs and balancing alongside the set.
What size generator does a corporate event need?
A seminar or small function usually runs comfortably on 7.5 kW. A conference or exhibition floor typically needs 60 kW, and a large multi-hall event 125 kW. Cooling is almost always the deciding factor.
Can the generator run for the full duration of a multi-day exhibition?
Yes. Multi-day hire is standard — tell us the daily hours and the total run and we'll quote it with the running arrangement.
Do you also supply lighting for events?
Yes. We keep a substantial lighting inventory for film and event use — see our lighting rental range, and we can quote power and lighting together.
