Lighting is usually the largest electrical load at an event after air conditioning. Large HMI heads and tungsten fixtures draw heavily and pull extra current at strike, so a plot that looks fine on paper can trip a venue's sanctioned supply. If you're lighting a lawn, facade or large hall, plan the power alongside the plot — we hire generators too, so it can be quoted as one job.

Will the lighting wash out our LED wall or projection?
Not if it's specified properly — that's the main thing we plan for. Controlled, directional fixtures put light on the speaker and keep it off the screen, which is what preserves contrast on the recording.
Is this suitable for a session we're recording or streaming?
Yes — recording is the assumption, not an afterthought. Flicker-free fixtures, consistent colour temperature and even coverage of the whole stage are exactly what a camera needs.
Can you light a panel discussion rather than a single speaker?
Yes, and it's worth flagging at quoting stage — several seated speakers need wider, more even coverage than a single podium, which changes the fixture count.
Do you supply the AV, screens and sound as well?
No — we hire lighting, camera equipment and generators. Screens, projection and conference audio would come from your AV supplier; we're happy to work alongside them.
